Can Slack connect to Salesforce?+

Yes. Teams can see and update Salesforce records, get deal and case alerts, and work in channels linked to accounts and opportunities.

Can we move from WhatsApp groups to Slack?+

Yes. We plan which conversations move to Slack channels, set up Slack Connect for clients and partners, and train teams so customer data stays under company control.

Does Slack work with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?+

Yes. Slack connects to Outlook, OneDrive, Google Drive and Calendar, and can start Teams or Zoom calls from a channel.

Is Slack training HRD Corp claimable?+
